   Excellent for an amicable business lunch, with low noise levels and discrete service. We had the lunch (table d'hote) menu which is excellent value while at the same time being a taste of the great cuisine that The Square has to offer.

   Excellent set lunch for £37. Wine very expensive though. Food and service were faultless

   This is the second time we have dined at The Square and it does not disappoint. A good menu and excellent service, perhaps a little background music would be nice as it can be quiet.

   This was our first visit to The Square and we will definitely return. We chose a tasting menu and all dishes from the amuse bouche to cheese and dessert were wonderfully creative and artfully presented. This is the place for a special occasion! Recommended.

   Very odd atmosphere with only 4 tables at lunch. Food was delivered within seconds of sitting down or any drinks. No Campari. Took ages for wine as wine waiter was sick. Food was excellent. Crockery/cutlery beautiful but totally lacked soul. Might try it again but would want to check it was at least half full.

   the food was fantastic but the menu which we booked was different and the payment was wrong,but the food is fantastic and cannot forget about it.

   The food was very good with knowledgeable waiters bringing it to you and quite attentive overall. In particular, we liked the initial appetiser by the chef, the raviolis and the white pork and finally the St John's wood honey dessert. Although there aren't any amuse bouche at the start we were pleasantly surprised by the petit fours at the end and the madeleines as a present when we left,

   The food and wine were outstanding and we were very well served. We opted for a £50 promotional offer via our booking with Open Table which included 5 courses and a glass of champagne. We also chose the house red which was excellent at the budget end of their extensive wine list. Overall the bill with service was well under £100 per head which felt like really amazing value for this top end restaurant. I have no hesitation in recommending The Square.

    Given how outstanding the food and service are at this well located restaurant, I was shocked that it wasn’t busier on my most recent visit. The haute French cuisine is top notch with a fabulous wine menu.
