Our Mexican-born chef, Gustavo Perez, presents an ultra-authentic Oaxacan menu (in addition to the regular menu). No cheesy burritos here. Rather, the simple, clean flavors of the region with family recipes like Sopa de Calabazitas with zucchini, corn and queso fresco … Poblano Chile Rellenos stuffed with locally foraged mushrooms … or Chicken Enchiladas Suizas with tomatillo or red mole sauce. Start with a Hibiscus Margarita, and finish with a Mexican-inspired dessert like Kahlua Creme Brulee or housemade tropical sorbet.
