    A very nice place in Penn Quarter. When you walk inside, the ambiance is great and the decor is industrial subway tile and lighting. The inside is boisterous and loud, but you can sit outside for a little less noise. The food was great and our server was even better. Very friendly and responsive. Definitely recommend.

    Angel was our server and he was amazing! Great service, great wine and food suggestions. He even brought the food out for our children so they would be occupied. Highly recommend the arancini and branzino!!

    The Smith has a great ambience and the food is outstanding. The service was absolutely the WORSTE I have experienced in many years. We were there on Easter Sunday and it was very busy. However waiting 20/30 minutes to be acknowledged, then not being able to locate the waitress, and another 20/30 minutes to have re-orders refilled is unacceptable.
