A chef-driven menu unlike any other, The Silver King Ocean Brasserie is where coastal refinement meets the historic Fort Myers' spirit of adventure. Our commitment to fresh, vibrant cuisine comes from using freshly caught seafood from Dilly’s Fish Co. in Naples, Florida, along with locally sourced produce from Farmer Mike’s in Bonita Springs. In addition to our standard menu, Chef Zach Geerson’s five-course tasting experience offers a rich and indulgent dining journey that highlights the best of our region’s flavors. Complement your meal with a selection from our curated wine list, featuring over 100 bottles to enhance every dish.     Our experience was SUPERB, we were a party of 18 making it a challenge for any establishment, however the Evening Coordinator, Waiter, Assistant Staff and Chef were awesome. All the food and cocktails were delicious and the atmosphere beautiful. Highly recommend The Silver King Ocean Brasserie

    Service was excellent. Cocktails were great. Small menu, but you find something you’ll like. Not inexpensive.

    The chief and I are generally not fans of hotel restaurants so we were pleasantly surprised/- food was fantastic. The chief had a salad and crabcakes. I base the tomato carpaccio and the risotto special which was local fish and scallops but the sauce was to die for. Chef came out to talk to us. Service could have been better but good time!

    We had the most incredible experience last evening! Michelle and the incredible chef team were 12 out of 10. The service, food, and ambience were above and beyond. We dine together locally at high end restaurants and can’t wait to return to The Silver King!!!!

    Happen to stumble upon the restaurant in Opentable when plans got shifted and needed to look for a dinner spot a little closer to where we were staying and WOW did it not disappoint. Where do I begin? Ambiance is wonderful, staff was extremely friendly , loved being able to watch the chef and kitchen staff preparing the dishes. The head chef was doing a tasting menu and it gave “the Bear” vibes which was amazing. He came over and asked how our meals were at the end of our dinner. From the Cesar salad, to the ny strip, everyone’s meals were OUTSTANDING.

    Our bill was over $250 and I paid to valet park. I spoke to the restaurant, to the hotel reception and to the valet and got no assistance. I contacted the garage company and was ignored. Too many good restaurants to return here.
