With a surname that means “fisherman’, Fons de Visscher opened his first fish shop in Helmond in 1984, beloved by locals from afar. The first Seafood Bar he opened in 2012 on the Van Baerlestraat, Amsterdam, which along with his son and daughter grew into an iconic fish restaurant known for its long lines.

We go to the one in Soho London. Just as good lobster soup is amazing fish catch of the day was a treat. Service with a smile doesn’t cost anything. Shame I’m going home would eat there every day 😂

The food is amazing! We had some starters which we shared and they were all delicious. Great place to dine with some friends!

The seafood platter was the best selection I have ever seen and was truly delicious. Good range of champagne and lots of other food choices.

Service shocking. Got 1 meal and my partner got hers 30 Mins later after reminding. 1 side dish missing and still tried to charge us. Understand they were busy but not once was there an apology. Industrial and not personal
