   Our table was ready when we arrived, the service was great and we had a really nice time. We had 5 pizza's, in a couple instance the pizzas were VERY greasy, to the point of having to wipe them with napkins (this was on the ones that had pepperoni), it wasn't a cheese issue. We enjoyed a cheese / sausage platter... a shot of tequila was 14$, but not surprising - we have been there before - we knew we were paying for Charmant and the rooftop ambiance.

   I was disappointed to not have a view of the river. Pizza was not exceptional..the pepperoni sausage was too salty. The G&T was great. Waiters were fine.

   We had reserved our table for 6 although there were 8 chairs at our table despite many other people needing to sit down elsewhere. The view of course is outstanding and the outdoor air on a beautiful summer evening is a great way to sit with family and friends. It took quite awhile for a waitress to take our drink order, and the charcuterie board we ordered was WAY overpriced for what you get elsewhere in town at restaurants owned by the same family. I have no idea why it was so small. Despite that would surely go back again, and plan to!

   It was very nice. Could chat, the wind was up but the canvas drapes help deter that and our waitress was very efficient and sweet. No complaints.

   Went through the hassle to make a reservation here for my ladies night event, parking was horrific, rooftop was overly crowded, no recognition from staff upon arrival, and worst of all, as soon as my group was gathered and seated we were informed that we could order one drink, but then would be closed out due to a huge rain storm allegedly approaching. We chose to just leave to save the trouble.... AND IT NEVER RAINED!

   Server was not the best I have had there, had a party of 10 on the roof top at 4pm so expected a little more service and some recommendations for drinks and food. Usually a server will ask if this was our first time here but not of that, I don't even think he said his name. One of the first of 8 pizzas to come out was burnt and was told that was just the way the oven is. That did not make much since as others did not look like that. A simple let me get you another one would have been a better answer. Overall I would come back again.

   We love the rooftop, we wish they would take over the Mint spot and have a real wood fire pizza restaurant space with better cocktails.

    We enjoyed a meal before leaving our son for college. We went primarily because it was a nice hotel that had a rooftop restaurant. It was fun to see from the street and our curiosity is why we made a reservation. It's a cool hang out if you don't mind spending a little extra for the ambiance. We all bought our own pizza's and were happy with how fresh and flavorful they were. I was excited about the homemade chips and French onion dip - but there is definitely room for improvement there. I would go back - because it is cool and I liked the vibe. Our wait staff was fine, but overall the staff from the reception desk (stopped in to get a room but hotel was booked), to the host at the Rooftop Terrace are some of the least friendly people we have met during our three weekends in La Crosse. I don't know if they are trying to have a certain 'air' about them ... to be pretentious, but it really isn't necessary - you can have a classy place, and treat people like your happy to see them at the same time. (or maybe they are all just really unhappy to work there). I was glad our table reservation went through though and we didn't have any issues in that regard. Views are good, but could be better with glass walls or railing, I had to stand on my tip toes to get a peak over the side. Otherwise it is more like sitting in a room without a ceiling.
