   We went to meet some friends and see the new renovation at the Rooftop last night. Mixed reviews, if I'm honest. The Positive: Our server was super friendly and responsive, the renovations are beautiful, the drinks and food good. The Not-So-Good; the prices, THE TIME LIMIT, the casualness of what was is gone, and the manager's seemingly sour attitude. Although we didn't interact directly, she looked like she hated her job. Never once did she make eye contact or smile. Maybe she was having a bad day, but definitely not what we are used to there as locals. What makes us the 'saddest' is that now you are forced to leave according to your group size once you reach your alloted "time limit". I agree, if you are just sitting and not ordering, you need to move on...but if you are spending money, relaxing (which is what it used to be), enjoying the view, you should have a bit more flexibility. Just my opinion some adjustments need to be made.

   Staff worked hard to give us a great experience. Professional and fun team. Ambiance excellent. Food was very good and presentation well done. Pricey but what isn’t these days. All of us will go to the rooftop again and again.

   We made a reservation for the rooftop bar. It was busy and while standing at the hostess stand others were turned away without a reservation so make sure you book in advance. We were seated for our 7pm reservation outside at two chairs side by side with another couple directly across from us with a fire pit in the middle. No table. We had planned to eat but had no table to set our food. We asked about getting moved to a table ( two two top tables opened shortly after we got there) the waiter said that should have been mentioned to the hostess. Ok then. We had a drink and left. The rooftop bar has changed there used to be more room and more space outside. Now most is closed in but they cram so many tables together you cannot move around outside like you used to. I wish I could comment on the food, but unfortunately we did not get to try any. I'm just not into eating on my lap. My drink was not how it was described on the menu and overly sweet. I only had half. Our server was not attentive and surprisingly did not make an offer to see if there was a table available to move to. The music was nice and at a good sound level. The weather was perfect to be outside.

   Eat and drink before coming here, you may not ever get served. Two disorganized hostesses plus the "manager" who cannot find your reservation. Not enough bartending staff. We were moved three times before the manager found our reservation, she told us we could sit at one table for 30 minutes and would then need to go downstairs. If an outdoor area is empty but reserved, place a reserved sign so people are not rudely removed! Or just eliminate reservations if you can't handle them. This is our third visit and each time is worse. Fortunately, we knew better so we enjoyed happy hour elsewhere before coming here.

   We enjoyed the bar and the people. The food was excellent-we had wagyu sliders, shrimp cocktail, and crab cakes. The menu could be expanded a little.

   Shy our server was amazing!!! Beautiful place with great ambiance. We all loved the renovation.

   They have just opened and were training many staff members on this night but our cocktails were excellent and so was the food! We enjoyed the goat cheese and a crab cake as well as the Rose’ sangria and their signature gin drink that is a beautiful purple! It was quite windy and foggy so the sunset didn’t work for us but we will certainly try again!

   Terrible service. We were not greeted well. Then the waiter had an attitude when we asked for a menu. We waited more than 20 minutes and were never asked what we wanted to drink or eat. Another couple left with us and said they had the same experience.

   When making the reservation I mentioned it was our anniversary and asked for a table near the harborside so we could sit near each other instead of the tables where you are 15 ft apart and closer to the people next to you than your partner. We ended up in one of these tables anyway and when we asked about another table they said those were all reserved. They were not very polite and we ended up leaving before ordering food because this wasn't the anniversary experience we had hoped for.

    Our waitress was nowhere to be found but Isabelle helped us even though we were not her table. She took our food and drink orders after we couldn’t find our waitress and even checked on us through out the night. We tipped her and not the waitress that brought our check. Food wasn’t great. It felt like they just didn’t care because they are closing next week for renovations. Hopefully when they reopen it’s better food and service.
