   Couples date that came from London visiting Rome and wanted to try this beautiful place on the roof of the edition hotel. It looks better in real life than the pictures on the websites. I had all night long this Japanese unfiltered beer and the beef tartare that was sublime. My wife tried a cocktail and for the first time she enjoyed a proper drink ( quite fussy with cocktails in general ) . Anyway, the food was 10/10 ; drinks 15/10 and service was P.E.R.F.E.C.T. Alessandro the manager with the team( Alessandra, Lucie, Francesco) where so experienced with a perfect English pronunciation, so kind and elegant but you can tell how well trained they are. We had a great chat with Alessandro and the crew , keept us engaged with their adventures in London and gave us lots of ideea to explore in our Easter Rome holiday. Top knotch staff and great job to the management for this beautiful gemstone. Thats how service should be( we hope London will get better soon) . See you soon Thank you all

   Great sushi and the view was incredible. The service was personable and fast. We also had help at reception with travel and the lady at reception was extremely friendly and helpful and helped us when we was having trouble. We are grateful for her help

   Beautiful venue with great views. Interesting cocktails and small bites menu, but the staff can make any cocktail you want. Some snacks are provided with your drinks. Found on top of The Rome Edition hotel.

   If you are looking for a rooftop bar with beautiful views of Rome and amazing cocktails, make a reservation here. My family and I came here not knowing what to expect and we were blown away by the kindness from the staff, the great drinks and the amazing view. The staff were so friendly and fun. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. I will definitely be coming back!
