   The place only had one server and she was working and running from table to table. The bartender kept on messing up drinks. I walked back to buy one since the server was so busy. She was rude and screwed up my order. When I complained to the manager he just said "Uh sorry. Here is a coupon for free cheese bread."

   It's a very busy restaurant so I recommend you have a reservation. Also be on time for your reservation as they only hold it for 15-20 minutes. The food is pretty good and they have a great selection of drinks. It can get pretty noisy in there but that is to be expected with the amount of people dinning there.

   Never again Takes forever to get our Drinks, Waiter forgot about appetizer etc Bad service in general

   Great food. We would recommend the Meaty, Beaty, Big and Bouncy pizza. It was a bit busy on Valentine's Day but the service was fantastic. We felt that the prices were a bit high but a positive experience overall. We forgot our pizza box with 2 slices in it when we left and it was gone when I came back a couple minutes later. I was more than happy to leave empty-handed but they gave us a whole pizza to compensate for it!

   Freezing cold inside, seats were forty and took at least 45 min after ordering to get our food, even though the restaurant wasn’t all that busy. BBQ wing appetizer consisted of mostly sauce on bottom of plate, chef didn’t bother to mix the wings with actual sauce.

   Wasn’t pleased with the food or the overall customer service. Needs new better management I believe.

   They were low on Servers so our food was a little cooled by time we got it. Appetizers also came with the main meal. Great Server though! We will be back.
