   To start the service was incredible, all of the staff from servers to the stations were amazing. The food on the other hand was less than sub par. Our reservation was at 2:30pm, all of the food was extremely cold and the selections were limited due to the later reservation. In the future, I would never spend that much.

   We decided to spend the high price for The Grand Ballroom Easter brunch but it was not worth it! Our reservation was for 2:30 pm and apparently much of the food had been sitting there from the beginning hours. The oysters smelled funny and we were reluctant to eat them, and much of the food looked hours old. With the price we paid, we would expect that the food would be refreshed for the late bookings. Also, at least one cocktail should be included in the high price. Ambiance was a hotel ballroom - stuffy. Not the quality experience we expected from the Ritz.

   Not enough staff waited 20 minutes for check and he repeatedly brought wrong check 3 times until he got it right, long buffet lines, and place was like a daycare kids screaming and running around. Not worth the price tag.

   Longtime repeat guests of the holiday brunches and the quality and variety of food never disappoints. Gorgeous table scapes, grazing tables full of offerings from traditional brunch favorites and charcuterie to middle eastern, seafood towers, and pasta bars. Loved the sushi selection and welcome spritz! Unfortunately the service this year wasn’t up to par. Our server came by one time throughout the whole 2 1/2 hours we dined which left us very thirsty. We had asked for a steak knife and 38 minutes later we got it. At one point we came back to our table and a server had placed a dirty pile of dishes from another group on our table while she poured water for another table. Overall it was disappointing. Kids loved all the Easter extras and bunny visits!

   We have been 30 year Ritz Carlton Easter Brunch both California and here. This year was a little thin for want we get. Food was not as good as last year.

   Skip the caviar bar and offer it at the table for a surcharge. Too long to stand in line with one person serving blinis, which weren’t great. It’s a 1% problem, but you can’t advertise a full caviar bar and have a single server for several hundred people. The line was 10 people deep all day. Otherwise, excellent and well executed. Super event for kids.

    Experience is not worth price point. Only available seating was at 3pm. The food did not look appealing, and the variety was not great. Sat in a drafty area by the door. The staff were very nice and accommodating, but adding a 25 percent surcharge on top of seems high for a buffet at $170 per person. Micheal’s on East does a much better job when it comes to the quality of food when attending a buffet. To be fair, the Ritz goes all out on the decor, but seating two guests at a conference table with a table cloth ruins the ambiance. This was the second time we attended a holiday brunch and will not be back again.
