   Made reservations for the Grill... It was closed for a private party.... Sent to Ritz main restaurant that had a fixed menu; $150.00/person.. drinks and tips not included... ended up at bar.. very crowded and loud... food was OK.. Wanted champagne at midnight... they were serving a Trader Joe champagne at $28.00 per glass.. really.. Will not be back for a long time.. truly disappointing

   Our waiter was very good but it did seem like a lot of the staff was hurried. I assumed it was because it was Christmas day and they were short staffed. Other than that everything was excellent.

   Outstanding and so worth the price. The food and service won’t disappoint. You get a limited menu to choose your course selections but they are from the actual menu and plenty of variety. I highly recommend. The only disappointment is The dress code is dinner jacket but most of the clientele did not and we’re still allowed to dine. So if you are not enforcing a dress code don’t advertise one.

   We went using a groupon for the Grill and the food and service were fantastic. Wine is included in the groupon and is a pretty basic one so if going for a special occasion, I'd order off of their wine list. The Shrimp and Grits appetizer and sweet potato bisque soup were delicious. Two of us had the salmon which I'd eat daily if I could. One of our guests had the filet that continues to cook at the table -- which was quite impressive. I'm gluten free and the menu is very well labeled plus they bring gluten free bread out to you when the others receive their dinner rolls.

    I have eaten at this restaurant for years. I want it to be successful. Would love to see the cigar bar go, as it makes the restaurant smell. It needs corporate to invest in a refresh.
