The Restaurant is a young and fresh take on American Cuisine. Highlighting the quality ingredients we have right here in our surrounding farms. We take the best ingredients the northeast has to offer and apply international techniques learned in New York City’s finest kitchens. This is a seasonal ingredient-driven restaurant focused on elegant simplicity. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday the kitchen closes at 11:00 pm. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday kitchen closes at 1:00 a.m.

I had eaten here a month ago and had a fine meal and experience so I made a new reservation (via Open Table) for 10 ppl and put my credit card down to hold the table. On the night of the reservation (last night) my entire family showed up to a CLOSED building. No explanation and no call/alert ahead of time to tell us. It was a bummer.

The absolute worst restaurant I have been to in NYC and possibly anywhere. I never write reviews and feel bad writing bad ones because I know restaurants are still struggling to make it. I ordered the chicken and it was so dry that I felt like I ate a spoonful of sand. We had a party of four. None of us ate more than one bite of our entree or salad (which came out with our entrees). We paid our bill, left and went to another nearby restaurant to actually eat. This should not have been a surprise since only one other table was occupied. The man ordered the octopus. I wonder if he is still alive.

The bar/drinks, the decor, and the service were good. I would not recommend this restaurant for dinner.
