   Beautiful location, excellent food and awesome service. I have already recommended this place to friends and family and will continue to do so.

   This restaurant was absolutely beautiful. From the moment we walked in, everyone was very inviting and extremely friendly and professional. They were able to even get us in a half an hour before our reservations. The bartender was awesome, and the drinks were delicious. Food was on point as well! I would recommend this place to all of my friends.

   We made a reservation for 745 pm and got there early at 715. There were a ton of empty tables. We told we had to wait. We waited for 20 minutes. No one came and no one left. She sat us 20 minutes later. We were told we did not need reservations for brunch on Saturday. We got there at 10. There were just a few people in there. We ate no problem. On Sunday, we also got there at 10 am . Very few people in there. The same hostess or manager on duty asked if we had a reservstion. I said no. She said we would have to wait at the bar. I said there are lots of tables available. She said we have reservstions coming in. I said but there is no one here here now and there is no one behind me. I totally understand if there are people with reservation in line waiting behind me. The place was near empty. I found this to be Incredibly poor service. Why would you not seat 2 people right now on the spot while no one is waiting ? We left and will not be back.

   We had a very good experience here. We were greeted by Laura (who we found out later was the owner/manager), & were promptly seated at what we considered was the best table in the house, right on the edge of the patio where we had one of the most beautiful views we’ve ever seen. The lake, the hills, the sweeping lawn of the resort. It was special. Our server was very good, food was good. The evening was special. Wine list was quite varied. Save room for dessert. The chocolate cake was worth every calorie.

   It was a busy night- 2 weddings and lots of diners. With a 5:15 reservation we did not finish until 7:30. Our waitress was delightful but she had too many tables with large groups.

   The food was excellent, but the service was terrible. Our waitress needed more training. She got 1 of our 3 orders wrong, was slow with checking on things, and water refills were hard to come by. Paying was a struggle and she walked away with our credit card to another register to ring up another order. Beautiful day to enjoy lunch outside, but we left somewhat frustrated.
