   The service was so much better this time vs. the last time we visited the Rec Room. I wish I would have remembered our servers name. She was fantastic! We had fun with the games and a nice dinner as well.

   The service during dinner was not good. The waiter was not attentive to our table whatsoever which was disappointing as I made the reservation a week in advance. The dining side did not seem to have enough staff for their capacity which is poor planning on managements side. We were there for a corporate event and I wish we didn't have to wait 1.5 hours for our food and then it took another 1 hour to get our bills. When the bills came they were also all incorrect and had to be redone which took more time. Another side note - not a lot of Gluten Friendly options which is disappointing. I could not have any of their Appetizers but could eat about 4 items on the menu. The arcade was simply outstanding. We all had a great time and there was no issues. Lots of games were out of order but so many games to pick from it wasn't do bad.

   We got a table and sat for about half an hour and no one spoke with us the whole time, not even to bring us water, so we left and went to a different restaurant.

   Wednesday night 1/2 price burgers and $6 wine- can't beat the price! Burgers fries and salad were fresh and tasty- didn't love the dressing but was ok Noisy venue so wouldn't come just to eat but to be expected at a game room.

   Food was good, steak portions were small and overpriced. It was loud and difficult to hear other guests. Our server got 3 of the 6 bills wrong and he walked away with our cell phones to scan the Scene card. Didn’t know you had to reserve and prepay for Archery and bowling so we opted out which was disappointing we would had to wait 2 hours to play.

   went to play trvia, not enough tables set up, so we waited for 20 minutes, flet rushed into the game, could not hear the music for the triva due to not being in the area fully, had a difficult time getting served, waited and had to go to the bar for our drinks because no waitresses were around.

   Was busy which was understandable, took 10 minutes for a water. The drinks that was ordered were watered down and overall didn’t feel like service was on par to most days. Overall a great place to go with friends and family.

    Our server was the best. Brought wine tasters so we could decide on a bottle, put candles on a cake to display 37! Everything was great. Thank you !
