Good food, excellent service, friendly atmosphere. I recommend the scotch egg to start with. The fish and chips were excellent and the treacle tart was brilliant. Well worth a return visit.

Very nice meal and excellent desserts. Our only negative was that my husbands beef was tough and difficult to cut. My chicken was excellent very tasty.

Went to The Rayleigh Arms with some friends on Sunday 1st December and we all had a fabulous roast. Great service and friendly staff. Looking forward to visiting again.

Excellent village pub with great atmosphere, where all are welcomed. The food was delicious, the service was warm and efficient and the overall experience is definitely one we will repeat very soon.

First visit for dinner under the new management. Very friendly service and everybody pleased with their meals - beef and ale pie, game pie and Dahl dish. Reasonably priced and will visit again.
