The Raven Bistro, located in the heart of Jasper, Alberta, offers Mediterranean inspired fare with local flair backed by a view of the mountains. We are so proud of our OpenTable Top 100 in Canada ranking! Our professional team all love being in Jasper and thrive on blending fresh ingredients to create memorable, quality dishes served in an intimate yet buzzing environment. The menu offers many vegan options and is malleable to those with dietary concerns. This must be the place for a taste of Jasper's best service, beverages and diverse menu.

    My husband and I made a 7:45 pm reservation on a Tuesday night but overestimated the walk from the hotel and arrived at 7:30 pm. We were immediately invited to sit at the bar while we waited for our table. The bartender was lovely and we enjoyed out Folding Mountain Cherry Lime Sours. Our table was ready at exactly 7:45 pm. We ordered the Raven Salad with salmon and it was delicious. The service was excellent and the overall ambiance was busy yet warm and intimate. We can’t wait to return to Jasper and will be definitely dining at the Raven Bistro again! 5/5 would recommend.

    The food was good, the service was good but it was quite pricey! The orange crème brûlée was delicious!

    Middle eastern-inspired sauces are excellent. Saffron creme brulee was amazing. Fish was a little overdone. Cocktails were great. Service was efficient.

    We hadn’t been to Jasper since January 2024. Remembering the outstanding meal we enjoyed at the Raven Bistro, we decided to dine there on this April 2025 visit. So glad we did! Once again we experienced top rate food, service and hospitality! Cheryl was our competent, helpful, and friendly server. We heartily recommend the Raven Bistro as a quality restaurant that consistently provides a special meal experience.
