   Quirky and slightly outdated decor. Food was good and service was great. Would have been better with a bigger crowd, it was empty that night.

   Our server, Marsha, was fantastic, but she didn’t seem to have a lot if support. Waited quite a while for drinks and simple requests. Marsha apologized several times.

   Pretty expensive place but the food was very good. We were surprised that it was so empty on a Saturday night. Service was fair. Had to ask for more bread, drinks etc. As slow as they were it surprised us that we had to ask for everything. I would go again if we are in Detroit.

   A creative menu that made the choices for dinner interesting. Everything that we ordered was really very good.

   Perch was excellent, dessert was outstanding and the coffee was great. Service was outstanding also.

   Staff was very pleasant but not well trained. Food was ok but certain dishes were not well done. For instance salads were way over dressed. For these prices would expect great service and excellent food which this was not.

   Food was outstanding but the service was horrible. The server took a long time to get to us and there were only three tables of people in the restaurant. Additionally, they gave us a dinner menu so after we ordered, they had to come back and change our order. Finally, although the food was outstanding, I feel it was overpriced, especially for lunch.

   The service and ambiance is superb! The appetizers were outstanding...the main courses were a bit underwhelming (surprisingly served room temperature and was devoid of flavor). However, after expressing the concerns...they were gracious; apologetic and very accommodating. Overall, I would give it 4 stars. Thanks Rattlesnake Club.

   We had a very enthusiast waitress who took our drink orders right away. We had to wait for quite a while before a server came with a bread basket, then longer still before our waitress came back. Our first course was delicious, and very enjoyable. Our main course was the Lamb Wellington. When it arrived it was immediately obvious that it had been over-cooked. Mine was a little past medium whereas my guest's was medium well - mostly brown. Though my guest did eat some of the lamb, we did complain. The waitress took the plate to the chef to let him know - which is all we asked - to pass on the information. The waitress returned with the plate, with a comment from the chef that it wasn't all over done. WITH HER FINGERS started to pry apart the lamb to show us! This was really quite appalling and should never happen at any restaurant, especially one like the Rattlesnake. The chef offered complimentary desserts in apology. The owner is a friend, and we will let her know what happened. It should not have. Makes me sad. I've always loved the Rattlesnake.

    We went for the Fall menu and we were not disappointed! Started with the Crispy Brussel Sprouts for an appetizer! Flavor was outstanding with a smoked pepper drizzle. I had the hazelnut encrusted scallops with pumpkin risotto! I was craving it the next day! Hubby had the apple cider soaked duck breast. He said it was cooked to perfection. Also enjoyed a bottle of Spanish wine which was recommended by the GM. Couldn’t of asked for a better server, very attentive! Can’t wait to go back.
