The Queens Head is a small independent pub in the heart of London’s West End. Capturing all things British, we pride ourselves upon stocking locally sourced ale’s while serving homemade traditional pub food. Situated upstairs from our busy quaint little bar, the restaurant serves a menu of fresh ingredients from sustainable and ethical sources. Popular classics such as our delicious Fish & Chips and our homemade Piccadilly Pies are a big hit with our regulars and first time visitors alike. Next door to the Piccadilly Theatre we also offer a 2 course pre-theatre menu for just £15. If you’re looking for quality food and drink, vibrant atmosphere, a building soaked in history and friendly staff then this is the place to be.

Service was a bit slow- we waited 35 mins for our food - and we were well outside the lunch rush. They’re supposed to be famous for their pies - but it’s the fish and chips that looked amazing.

Il locale é veramente delizioso, io e il mio compagno siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti, hamburger e carne di lombo veramente ottimi, e i camerieri simpaticissimi, super consigliato!

Great place, fantastic food, service well and beyond fantastic. The 8 pm entertainment made the whole evening a wonderful experience. Would recommend this restaurant in a heartbeat.

we enjoyed our meal before going to the theatre. Service on one dish was a bit slow - though we were warned we wonder why as it was a relatively simple salmon dish.

We chose this simply on the basis of its location as we had an early show at the Piccadilly Theatre. Now we know it exists we will return. The Queens Head is an independent historic pub one minute from Piccadilly Circus. Upstairs is a quiet restaurant with lovely staff. The menu includes pre-theatre options keenly priced and a good selection of vegetarian options too. Pies are a speciality. We had a vegetarian pie with mash and veg-good pastry and tasty filling-pub fare updated for modern times. Also salmon beautifully cooked. We noticed others eating huge portions of fish and chips too. The cheese comes from Paxton and Whitfield and the drinks are good too. Happy to recommend it.
