   the food is always outstanding. My waiter Kat, was horrible. After I received my order, she never returned to check on me. Three other waiters asked me was everything ok. I told them what happened. I asked to speak with management (Brandon) to make a complaint. After talking with management for 5 minutes, Kat never came over to my table. I received my meal in about 15 minutes. I was in there 90 minutes. Normally, less than 45 minutes. Waiting around for someone to ask you, if you need anything else is the worse. I will return, but will not sit in her section. Prime Rib is my #1 favorite restaurant.

   we had a great evening at the Prime. One of our party was a late arrival but the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable dinning experience. We can always count on a great evening when we visit the Prime Rib

   The service was exceptional! We loved the staff. They made my best friend’s birthday memorable. The seafood tower and lobster bisque was delicious.

   When I first seen the menu I was very excited being a pescatarian. Unfortunately my experience did not live up to the expectations. When arriving for our reservation we waited for the hostess for over 5 minutes to return and that’s only because I asked the security at the door if there was anyone here to check us in. Even after the hostess finally returned our table wasn’t ready. Since I had to use the bathroom I left and hoped our table would be ready when I returned. This did not happen. I came back and we still had to wait to be seated. It took over ten minutes which is odd since I had a reservation and it wasn’t crowded at all inside. Once seated our waitress was kind and helpful with the menu selections. The Mac and cheese tasted like sour milk in my opinion, the salmon was tasteless. I enjoyed my Cesar salad very much. For what the restaurant charges the food should be amazing in my opinion. I was sadly disappointed in my experience.

    We made reservations for the bar/lounge for Happy Hour. We arrived early, stated how we had a reservation, and the host took us over to the bar area. However, there were no seats at the bar, but we were invited to sit in one of the lower seating areas. We were there for at least ten minutes with no acknowledgment from the bar staff or any other staff. We finally flagged down someone who worked there, walking through seating folks in the restaurant, and asked if we were supposed to go up to the bar or order or if there was service. She told us there was service and she would tell someone about it. We saw her go in the back to tell someone and waited another ten minutes..and still, no one showed up. We finally saw one person come out and go to another table, and it was unclear if they had been there or just getting orders, but, at that point, we didn't feel like trying it out - either the bar or potentially the restaurant. This was our first experience at this casino as well, and while that side was fine, we're not inclined to give any of the eating establishments within the casino a try after this puzzling experience.
