   Second time in abouth three weeks time, now my fiance and me took a couple of friends along. Meanwhile, the restaurant's name and menu had change, but the experience was quite as pleasant as the first time. Very nice food, good wine, attentive service and quiet atmosphere.

   Fabulous place. Note this restaurant has now been renamed to Lucca (as of 4 Nov 2016).

   Very welcoming restaurant. Beams and nooks and crannies give it lots of atmosphere. Service was good too. The chairs were very comfortable so we were happy to stay for quite a while. We all agreed we would go again

   Excellent as always. Fabulous, beautifully prepared, fresh food, great ambience, and a wonderful, attentive, friendly team :)

   Sorry, but having read good reviews of this place, we were disappointed - dry tasteless gamberoni, slightly stale tasting deep fried ("roasted") potatoes and chewy bland steak. Service friendly and wine by the glass ok.

   Welcoming restaurant, full on a Saturday night but not noisy, and no long wait. Main courses served straight away for those not wanting starters. Excellent Italian food. The lemon cheesecake and ice cream was to die for. Best sweet I've ever tasted. Real ale too.

   Really good food and the staff were so attentive. A lovely experience and well worth the trip to Wendover

   Lovely meal as usual. Although we have only visited once before, the owner and staff remembered us and gave us a warm welcome. Food superb, Amazing tortelli and mushroom , nothing too rushed. Ate too much as usual because we like to try different sides.

    Very good food, not the cheapest but good quality. Recommend for a special occasion. Would like a table away from the bar area next time, as it is quite loud later in the evening when people come in just to drink. Very nice experience.
