Our first floor lounge captures the old world glamour and beauty of the Victorian-era building. Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks, our menus are a celebration of influences and techniques from around the world from Head Chef Sara Lewis. From 3pm onwards the menu changes weekly with specials such as British charcuterie selection from cured meat specialists, Lentil dahl with a choice of grilled mackerel or chicken and other small plates. Cocktails come courtesy of an exciting collaboration with some of the best cocktail bars from Athens to Singapore and of course, London. The considered list of 10 cocktails have been exclusively loaned to The Pilgrm, but are all made here in London. Such as the Silvertone by Chad Solomon of Midnight Rambler in Dallas is made with gin, vermouth and house orange bitters, Libero & Amaro by Leonardo Leuci of Thomas Project in Italy or the Terroir by Tony Conigliaro made with clay, flint and moss.

    We had brunch and coffee which both were decent. The place is just so relaxing and we didn't want to leave. Staff were kindly topping up our glasses of water all the time. Perfect location too.

    The Pilgrm has become one of our firm favourites. Great music, easy atmosphere, beautiful decor, friendly service and delicious coffee/cocktails/food. In no particular order! We have taken several different groups of friends and they always love it and go back themselves.

    I loved the falafels and charcuterie, and the muscadet wine was to die for! The staff were friendly and helpful. My only slight reservation was the music which was a bit too loud for comfortable conversation. Overall, we had an enjoyable evening and I will definitely be returning.

    This restaurant is in fact part of a hotel, but doesn't feel like it. More of a bar / light meals place, and extremely handy for Paddington Station. Service was very prompt at all times. A little quiet, and that's ideal if you want to have a quiet conversation or perhaps even do some work at the same time. Everything that I ate was very tasty and fresh, soups, salads, small plates etc.
