   The large portion of steamed veggies with my roast dinner were lovely, however, unfortunately, the roast potatoes were obviously reheated as we're very dry and tough. Also, our starter (prawn cocktail) came out with our main which a bit baffling. Staff didn't seem to know how to handle it. All seemed very young and inexperienced. However, the manager did eventually come to apologise and the starter was removed from our bill. Overall not bad grub but felt it could have been better. Beer garden is lovely though!

   We were a group of four friends eating together. Lovely ambience, friendly helpful staff and great food! Didn't tick all boxes to say what it may be good for as they really didn't apply to our get together, but I'm sure it would be lovely for most occasions.
