   What a fantastic afternoon tea,great service and ambience .Great place to celebrate my mother turning 80. A little bit pricey but OK for a treat!.

   I would definitely recommend this experience. Very nice Sunday afternoon tea. The team was very smiling and helpful there.

   Beautiful restaurant with exceptional staff who made us feel very welcome. Afternoons tea was delicious. It’s expensive but so worth it for a special occasion

   Afternoon tea at the Parlour at Great Scotland Yard was not as good as we expected. We had afternoon teas at several places in New York and Boston. All of them were better than supposedely original British afternoon tea at the Parlour. Presentation was good but the taste was so-so, especially sandwiches. In the savory section only caramelized jerusalem artichoke was somewhat tasty. The rest was bland. In the sweets offering only the scones were great. Pistachio, rose and raspberry entremet looked attractive but, surpassingly, did not taste good. Somehow flavors just did not come together. Other sweets were edible but were not worth the calories. Overall, experience at the Parlour reinforces the stereotype of British food lacking in flavor.

   Booked online almost a month in advance to be told the morning of my reservation to be called and told that they aren't open that late. Our flight was delayed but they were still able to seat us, telling us that was had 20 minutes for the entire tea service--mind you, our original reservation wasn't for another hour and a half. It took them 30 minutes to bring out just the tea so not only were we rushed and feeling like a burden but it was not a good experience overall. Food was subpar with the savories being the just alright. The sweets were fine and the scone was the best part. But overall it was just very lacking. Not with the price, not worth the time.

   Lovely afternoon tea etc all items complemented each other, a must for afternoon tea lovers. Prompt service and beautiful surroundings.

    Favourite afternoon tea I’ve had. It’s not a huge place but its atmosphere is very calming and you don’t feel crammed in. Food was delicious with some different ingredients and flavours from your standard Afternoon Tea, and made it so much better. Staff were great, there when needed but did not hurry us at all - shout out to Anna Maria and Olanike were stand outs. Highly recommended.
