    I’ve eaten here many times in the past. Usually, I have a pretty good experience. However, tonight’s meal was less than favorable. In fact, it was not very good. The Ahi tuna had no flavor and the meat was lacking as well. The service was awesome, but it did not make up for the Flavor of the food unfortunately. Usually my experience here is pretty good but tonight was definitely an off night for the chef.

    Alex our server was terrific. Since there was a show at the majestic, the restaurant was very busy but that didn’t affect the service. In years past, after Landrys took it over we felt the food went down hill a bit. Not tonight. Though the Monday night (chopped salad) is no longer available on the menu, I asked if it could be made and it was perfect. We shared a rib eye steak that was cooked to perfection, and a side. A few drinks with dinner and our meal was complete.

    Our server Natasha was amazing and our meal was perfection. We highly recommend The Palm and look forward to our next visit.

    Service was poor. Waiter  disappeared for long periods of time throughout dinner.

    We were in town for the Final Four and celebrated our anniversary. Looked for a nice restaurant near our hotel. 100% recommend The Palm! Food was excellent. Service was perfect as well. Wedge salad was great way to start and the cheesecake a great end to the meal.

    The majority of the food (pasta primarily) was good. The filet was overcooked. The au gratin potatoes were very good but the lobster Mac and Cheese were not worth the price. It dis not merit $33 dollar cost, not even close. The service was very ok. I’d expect more.

    Good food & service, steaks cooked to perfection & the whole clove of roasted garlic was a nice touch!!

    Food overall was excellent. 2 of us had steaks that were excellent. The third person's steak was on the tough side. Augratin potatoes were fantastic and so was the wedge salad. Service great!
