   This has to be the best in my area. I live in the villages and have to drive 45 minutes to have a meal worth putting this experience down in this survey. It is beyond any experience that you would get in the villages in all honesty. The villages does not know what good food is.

   John was our server, he did a great job and had great recommendations. Ordered the Japanese wagyu steak and that was the worst wagyu I’ve had. $70 for I believe 5oz, which should’ve been a red flag on the quality. Also got the black truffle risotto that was very very bland, didn’t taste like truffle at all. Mashed potatoes were okay. My partner got a Ribeye and it was actually delicious! We could not finish eating the Wagyu, mashed potatoes, and risotto. Our check came out to be more than $400 with tip. For the price point I would expect quality and phenomenal taste. I would probably give The Palm another try in the future. Just very disappointing experience.

   Pleasantly surprised! Needed a last minute location with a client and the Palm accommodated. Food was delicious, service was good. Valet parking- which was free made it very easy. Just expect tourists and children at this restaurant as it sits in the heart of Universal.

   Our wait staff was amazing- personable, knowledgeable and friendly. The food is always good- disappointed that the Palm salad wasn't on the menu! Great time! Bring your wallet!

   Ate at the bar with Jessie and Chris. They are always so attentive! And our food was delicious. We had linguine with clams and the Wagyu lasagna.

   The food was great but what really made the evening special was our server. Wow was he just the nicest guy!!! Made our dinner so much more special having someone treat us so kind. My daughter and I work in healthcare and really needed this girls trip and this dinner was just a very special evening. Thank you!

   Absolutely wonderful! We were greeted with “Happy Anniversary” as we approached the host——immediately walked us to our table where a Happy Anniversary card was waiting. The restaurant itself was very warm and intimate with its dark wood and booths. Our server, Linsey, was there immediately with menus and suggestions for drinks. She explained the additional items that were and were not available and took our order for appetizers. Lobster Bisque was incredible! We ordered bone-in rib eye with sides of asparagus and hash browns. Then dessert: New York style cheesecake (from the Bronx!!!) and the largest piece of carrot cake I’ve ever seen! The staff was also on board… we never waited for anything- ! Thanks for a wonderful evening!

    This is another great night at our special place at Palm Orlando Great place delicious food excellent ambience As always we were attended by his General Manager which already knows in advance what we like Great Job !
