   Service was excellent...we were seated immediately upon arrival and Brian came to our table within minutes to take drink orders. The bread, the appetizer, the entrees, all done at a high level. No complaints. Thank you to the manager French for stopping by to check on us. Greatly appreciate.

   This is the worst meal I’ve had in a long time and EVER at this price point. I had lobster bisque, it was the same color as brown gravy and was just wrong. My lamb ribs were like charcoal, which made it necessary to eat the creamed spinach to wash down. The cream spinach was terrible, and could be more better described as spinach in runny, soured milk. There was nothing creamy about them and they were served almost cold. My husband had the Octopus & bone marrow ragu. Also terrible and in attempting to eat it almost chipped a tooth on the beak that wasn’t removed. The kids had fettuccine Alfredo and a cheese burger. Hard to mess up right? The burger came with fries that were tasteless and cold. The fettuccine must have been made with the same soured cream as my creamed spinach. We don’t normally eat at chain restaurants, but we’re going to the Preds game and it’s right next door. I’d never go back. We ate there once a decade ago and remembered in much more fondly.

   Great place for dinner before a concert at Bridgestone Arena. Sat in bar area booth. Lisa bar tender was excellent server with exemplary suggestions on drinks and food

   The Palm is a lovely restaurant. We had sub par service from the waiter but the food was fantastic. He presented water and drinks then never stopped again for 35 min. Charged $41 for a bottle of wine when I only received a glass. Asked for butter and a plate to share entree, he wandered around and had to be asked again. Never received butter. Surprised also at the charge for pasta to go with Chicken Parmigiano! I would have thought this came with it.

   Bonus points for this location acknowledging that they are located across from an arena and relaxing their dress code. Our six person party was on the way to a Predators game, and several wore jerseys and sweatshirts to dinner without any issue. The server also made an effort to be sure we were able to make it to the game on time. As for the food: all of the family style sides were delicious, but the entrees received mixed reviews. The steaks were all cooked as ordered and received high marks. My crab stuffed sea bass was served to me cold and was very chewy. A friend asked for the sautéed shrimp to be served on pasta, which apparently led to it being significantly delayed by the kitchen. Overall: I would return if I was going to an event at Bridgestone as you cannot beat the convenience. I would not choose to eat here for a romantic event due to the noise. I’ve paid similar money for better food, so that’s a toss up.

   Disappointed- had never been to the Palm and was looking forward to a great meal! Unfortunately, my entree (sea bass) was way oversalted, and my husband's steak was overcooked. The wine selections were just OK. Our server was excellent and attentive, but overall we felt the meal was very overpriced for just an "OK" meal.

   Consistently a great lunch spot. Typically, quiet enough for business lunches. Lunch menu offers something for everyone, and they have a good wine list as well.

   We had an unbelievably wonderful night! We lost our beloved family dog during Christmas after having loved him for 15 years and we are heart broken! We needed a good experience and The Palm never disappoints! We dined in the bar and Chris was our server! He is excellent and took very good care of us. We met the manager, CP, and he was very personable and made us feel valued! We have been dining at The Palm for many years and we expected this was the best place for us to go to lift our spirits! Success!! Thank you!
