My bestie and I had a wonderful perfect time celebrating her 36th birthday. The food can be replenished as much as you like as well as the hot water for the tea. The customer service was very attentive. Highly recommend!

High Tea at the Palm Court is a must, especially to celebrate a special occasion. This iconic place is lively and fun. It is a bit crowded, but it adds to the excitement. The decor and florals are beautiful, and the servers are excellent. If you want it a little less crowded, go after 3 p.m. The scones and cakes are fantastic, and the sweets are yummy. The tea sandwiches could be better.

The Palm Court is a beautiful, historic location to enjoy a special occasion or even just bask in a tranquil, majestic setting. We celebrated my daughter and mother's birthdays, enjoyed getting a little dressed up to match the atmosphere and relished the lovely cakes, a prosecco, kiddie cocktail, sandwiches and teas. The harpist was brilliant and just added to the ambiance of the place. Highly recommend this experience at least once in a lifetime if not more! It was a lot to eat for only 90 minutes and we could have certainly done with a shared tea instead of each getting our own. Make sure you arrive hungry! But you can takeaway whatever you just can't finish. I would recommend to the Palm they make the sandwiches optional - the desserts and the toppings were so rich they filled us up. The Scones & Strawberry cake was amazing particularly paired with the lemon creme and raspberry jam (together too!). The macaroons were a family favorite - more of those please :) The Drake cake was my daughter's favorite. Bonus - they brought over birthday cakes too with "Happy Birthday" written in a chocolate. Such a lovely surprise. Thank you for making them feel as special as they are. We plan to make this an annual/bi-annual tradition going forward. Maybe even an overnight stay added on.

Unfortunately the food was mediocre. Everything was dry, sandwich bread was hard. Did not feel this was “upscale” enough for the Drake. We’ve been to many teas. Food was not fresh at all, drinks were just ok, very disappointed overall.
