Steaks and Combos

Our meats are sourced directly from Tom Hixson in Smithfield Market, London. We use a selection of breeds including the Aberdeen Angus, Charolais, Hereford, Welsh Salt Marsh, Dingley Dell. All steaks and combos are served with beef dripping fries, slow roasted tomato, portobello mushroom, beer battered onion rings and either a peppercorn, béarnaise, garlic butter or red wine sauce

• Sirloin Steak

  Well flavoured and moderately tender, this cut is certainly versatile, juicy and delicious

  Carries a little more fat which keeps the steak tender and adds lots of flavour and is the juiciest cut
