   Exceptional Dining Experience at Omnia – Zermatt's Best! Omnia restaurant in Zermatt has set a new standard for fine dining, and it is my opinion that it is the best restaurant in town. Under the guidance of their talented new chef, our culinary experiences there were nothing short of outstanding. We had the pleasure of dining at Omnia for two consecutive nights, and each evening was a unique gastronomic journey. The chef graciously customized the tasting menu for us on the second night, showcasing creativity, skill, and a deep understanding of flavors to pair with the wine we ordered. Their wine list is equally impressive with an excellent list of Burgundy. The staff’s knowledge and recommendations further enhanced our experience. The ambiance is intimate yet sophisticated, creating the perfect setting for unforgettable two nights of dining pleasure. Omnia is a true gem in Zermatt, and we can’t wait to return.

   Incredible. My girlfriend and I recently enjoyed the 5-course “chef’s selection dinner” with the wine pairing as a special date night, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The service, food quality, attention to detail, ambiance - everything was outstanding. This was a truly special dining experience!

   The main courses are just sides so you add protein, 35 CHF for a carrot and sauce is too much (75 CHD w a small piece of salmon) and the carrot was so salty it was inedible. It’s a shame bc the other courses were excellent.

   So glad I found this restaurant (listed on Michelin guide app and Winestar app) as the food, service, and wine were wonderful. The gnocchi appetizer was phenomenal and 3 small tastings were on the house and very good. I had the Alpine perch and mushroom/ cauliflower entree which were also very good. Plum cake for dessert was fantastic. Great wine list, including half bottles—Gaja was perfect! Staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. A great meal / experience well worth it in Zermatt!
