Each glass on the evening’s optional Sake pairing will be introduced by one of the four Toji (Master Brewer) who crafted it! The pairing selections will not feature just one, but FIVE of Japan’s iconic brands: Shichi Hon Yari Watari Bune Taiheikai Izumo Fuji Eiko Fuji In honor of Importer, Joto Sake’s, 20th Anniversary, we are thrilled to have such esteemed guests give voice to these hand-crafted Sake. Each selection has been carefully selected to pair with Chef Kaze’s 18 courses prepared and presented by our master sushi chefs. Our menu price is $250 per person, with a $100 deposit due at booking. A 20% service fee is added to all checks. Gluten-free diners can be accommodated. We are unable to accommodate vegetarian or vegan diets. Seatings are at 5:30 PM and 8:30 PM.     This is my fifth or sixth time dining at the Omakase Room. In my opinion it is unquestionably the best sushi experience in Chicago. It never disappoints and never fails to impress. I wish I could afford to eat there nightly.

    This was one of the more expensive omakases I have done and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. Every dish was so delicious and well prepared. The ambiance was fun, calm, and relaxing. The dish I will spotlight is the Uni ice cream at the end of the service. I have seen any other place do this and it was excellent.
