Dining at The Old Spaghetti Factory is an experience. For decades, they have invested meticulous attention to their unique designs and authentic vintage décor. Every location is adorned with antique lighting, intricate stained glass displays, large colorful booths, and an old-fashioned trolley car for guests to dine in. It’s the perfect atmosphere for a family celebration, a large group event, or a special dinner date.

A family business since 1969, their founding philosophy — “a memorable dining experience doesn’t have to cost a lot of money” — is perhaps more relevant now than ever. Every entree is a "complete meal," served with hot freshly-baked sourdough bread, soup or salad, and ice cream for dessert at no extra charge.

    It’s been several years since dining here so we decided to give it another try today. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. Our food took over an hour to arrive after ordering. Our server was very kind but completely overworked with too many tables. The food was mediocre at best and for the price not at all worth it. Even our bar drinks took roughly 15 minutes to arrive. For good Italian food there are so many other great options in Phoenix and we don’t plan on returning here.

    Old Spaghetti Factory was superb! The server and host were both kind and helpful. The food was delicious and served quickly in spite of the busy dinner rush. 10/10 would recommend.

    We had a party of 20 people with one server and no side help. It took 20 minutes to get water and 45 minutes to get bread. The individual server was great, but it’s unacceptable that there was no extra help.

    The Old Spaghetti Factory is always an excellent experience. The staff are friendly and professional and the food is delicious. Their new banquet room is incredible! They did a great job with this renovation! If you are looking for a place for an event, look no further! And even if you just have a small group, there are great seating areas throughout the restaurant. It’s definitely one of our favorite places!

    Service was pretty ok. Our server did forget to bring things when requested. Food was mediocre. The "free" bread was the best item. We ordered Garlic Shrimp Fettuccine and Chicken Parm. The Chicken Parm was the only item I could taste garlic in, even though the Fettuccine had "garlic" in the name. The salad side was pretty plain and the minestrone soup was just ok. We also got an Oreo shake, to go, it was not satisfying. My friend and I, both thought that the bread was the best thing we had at the dinner. As a side note, I was surprised they didn't have fresh Parmesan cheese. I had reservations, but still had to wait about 15-20 minutes, which was fine but disappointing. The server also brought our check before finalizing our requests. All in all, it was an ok experience. But, probably wouldn't suggest it or go again.

    First, the good, the food was excellent, and our server was wonderful! Now, the irritating, the receptionist, although very friendly, seemed to have a problem getting us seated at a table even though my group had a reservation.

    Overall it was a good (not great) experience. Our waiter was a bit slow and there was no recognition of my son's birthday - which was specified when I made the reservation.
