• True Grit

  A farmhouse cheddar made in Preston it is matured for longer to give the rounded and strong flavour. The gritty texture is created by the salt crystalizing in the cheese over time, hence the apt name "true grit"

• Peak Land White

  A crumbly, slightly salty tasty award winning white cheese made in the Creamery in the Parish of Hartington

• Dovedale Blue

  Gold Winner at the 2015 International Cheese Awards. Creamy tangy artisan made Stilton from Hartington Creamery. Made in small batches in the historic village of Hartington, Derbyshire (it is the only Stilton made in Derbyshire)

• Staffordshire Organic Wild Garlic

  Wonderful cheese, moist with a tremendous garlic bite. Wild garlic adds a wonderful flavour to the creamy texture. The intense 'garlicky' aroma fills the nose delightfully and moistens the taste buds in anticipation. This cheese is made from a Cheddar-style recipe.
