In the early 2000’s, with a thirst to discover and learn the rich culture of French cuisine my culinary career began. Mastering the art of “cuisine française“ takes knowledge of tradition, talent and enthusiasm, and a generous and inventive nature in order to prepare cuisine that knows no limits. In 2011, I was a finalist in the popular European television show “Top Chef”. Such an honor is bestowed only upon the finest and most talented chefs in all of Europe. After more than 15 years working as a chef in France, my wife Hanane and I decided to pursue a dream to open our first restaurant in Miami. The Oasis by L'Edito is our second location where freshness and flavor are at the heart of every dish.

Best French restaurant on Miami Beach! Antoine (the owner) takes great pride in taking care of his customers and they have a lot of long-term customers. They made us a couple of flaming dishes, escargot and crepe suzette and both were fantastic. We had lamb and lobster tails for dinner, and both were delicious. The menu is very extensive with something for everyone. The service is impeccable, and the noise level was low. We have eaten here many times the food is always delicious, and we will certainly be back.

food was so-so. came out not hot, eggs overcooked. egg bene was cold eggs and had to be zipped then the yolks were well done.

The Oasis by L'Edito was an amazing experience from the moment we entered the space. We were greeted warmly and sat down at a modern table in an inviting space. The menu had something for everyone, and the daily specials made it even more difficult to choose. Among the four of us, we had lobster, chicken, lamb, and lobster ravioli. Everything was perfectly done! We couldn't decide who had the best meal, because it was all wonderful. Our meal started with escargot made table side. It was unbelievable to see made, and even better to eat. They were absolutely delicious. To finish off the meal, crepe Suzette was also made table side, and simply melted in your mouth. The apple tarte tatin, with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, was also a great way to end a meal. The service by Antoine was impeccable. The wine was delicious. And the space was calm and inviting. We will certainly be back to try the other items on the extensive menu.

We have followed L’Edito from when they were at Seacoast Suites in Miami Beach. The food is amazing and the service is excellent. Antoine and the staff are Very attentive and friendly. We drive 45 mins to dine here. Highly recommend the restaurant.

Authentically French! Excellent cuisine, friendly service. The owner (chef, and server) was great. We enjoyed the escargot table-side flambé service as well as the chicken vol au vant and lamb shank. Casual dining, delicious food. We would’ve enjoyed sitting outside, but it was too dark by the time we got there. Nice for a date and family friendly. Great value, excellent fare!
