   Our meal was not what we expected especially for the prices we paid but it wasn’t about the money we ordered lump crab cakes there was no lump crab in the cakes mentioned to waiter which our leg of lamb was overcooked and dry our sea food player had very little sea food mostly pasta however the deserts were excellent I certainly will try restaurant again not on holiday venue

   This is definitely or should be a five star restaurant from the minute we walked into the hostess to the waiter to the bus staff and everyone in between was courteous, very professional, and the food was out of this world. I live around the corner and unfortunately it was my first time there, but I will definitely make it a stop every other weekend for sure if you live in the area Don’t miss the opportunity to have a very awesome meal

   As always, the Northport hotel continues to excel in their food, courtesy, and ambience. Even though we live an hour away, it is a consistent destination for us on special occasions. Easter Sunday did not disappoint and as usual, the food was exceptional. I have never had a better prime rib in any steakhouse! The lamb chops are always a treat as well. It’s always wonderful to be greeted by Katrina, however, the highlight of our 1 o’clock lunch was when Alfredo greeted us and welcomed us back and even remembered that we were seated at exactly the same table. As I said, the Northport Hotel continues to impress, and if you are looking for a special occasion, make sure you make a reservation and enjoy the whole experience, there should be a 10 star rating!

   Our lovely lunch consisted of a delicious cauliflower salad, delicious NY strip steak with sides, ending with a luscious vanilla bean cheesecake! I recommend the Northport hotel!

   Beautiful dining room that has a large bar and nicely spaced tables. Food was excellent: fried calamari was lightly breaded and served with three savory dipping sauces. The beet salad was equally good. Both were ideal for sharing. Our fish entrees were expertly prepared and complemented with seasonal vegetables. The wine list could use a few more moderately priced bottles and wines by the glass. Overall, it was a delicious meal and our server was very professional and friendly; he certainly added to our lovely evening.

    I love coming here for a meal. The food and drink is always interesting and tastes fantastic, the service is great, the crowd is just right, and the ambiance is lovely. What a gem of Northport!
