   Disappointing. Convenient location to the Gammage which we loved. When checking in we were told that their system with OpenTable wasn’t working and being very busy we would have to wait. Good news it wasn’t a long wait at all. We ordered a salad and two burgers bun less. It took almost 35 minutes for the salad to come at. We had to ask for extra dressing, not sure any was actually on the salad and that too took time. When ordering the burgers bun less we ask for them to come as served just hold the bun. When they brought the burger out it was alone on the plate. No lettuce, pickle, tomatoes, onions or sauce which it normally comes with. Again we had to wait. Burger was dry and cold at this point. It was also thin and not made in house. It did come with a small field of greens salad on the side in a small bowl, which was uneventful. Our server was sweet and nice, but the kitchen should never have served up the food that way and the server should have realized it wasn’t properly prepared. It could have been that our order wasn’t cookie cutter and they aren’t use to a special request. However just loosing the bun shouldn’t have been too difficult. Other orders that came by our table did look better. That being said not sure there was anything that we would rush back to try.

   Ate in the bar area before a Broadway show at ASU Gammage. We were initially seated in the actual dining room but didn’t realize it was a fixed price menu with only 3 options. They happily moved us to the poolside bar/restaurant. Service was prompt, friendly waiter, and food came out fast & tasty. Would return. Also really convenient to the auditorium.

   Our waiter was new so we tried to cut him some slack . But he got all parts of our order wrong . The were busy but not overly . The food was fair & lukewarm . It was not a great experience.

   We made this reservation prior to a show at Gammage Theater. When we arrived, a guy said over his shoulder that he’d take care of us in a few minutes. After 15 minutes of not being seated, we sat at a free table. Eventually the waitress told us that they were pretty busy but did take a drink order and to make her work easier, we ordered dinner at the same time. The drinks came after about 20 minutes, but the food never arrived. We left after 1.25 hrs. The waitress was very apologetic and comped our drinks (which was nice). But we went to the show hungry. I’m not sure that this was a problem night or more of a normal thing. We won’t be going back again.

   Website showed a different location 100 yards away. This restaurant is now located in a hotel. We walked in and it was seat yourself, even though we had made reservations with Open Table! The kitchen was backed up and slow, so they comped us chips and salsa. My meal came out and then my wife's came out 10 minutes later.

   The restaurant has moved to a different location within the hotel and even though we had a reservation it was open seating. It took almost 30 minutes to get our food including chips and salsa. The manager came and checked in with us but instead of apologizing and providing some sort of compensation she just gave us excuses. One of our entrees was soup and the soup was crusted on top so it was clear that it had been sitting for quite a while even though it took 30 minutes to get our food. They still charged us for the soup even though I sent it back and told the manager that I no longer wanted soup. The server only took it off of our bill after I complained. Also, the entire time this all was happening, we could hear one of the bartenders complaining that she was tired of serving customers. We would have walked out sooner if we were not headed to a show at Gammage. Don't waste your time or money at this restaurant!

   Food variety could be expanded with little effort. The employees were all very cordial and courteous. Heaters were very appreciated! We will return but for drinks and tapas, not for dinner.

   The servers and management were wonderfully nice. However, it took way over 1/2 hour for me to get my food, and almost as long to get my bill. My hamburger was nice and warm, but so was my side salad. I assume both had been put under the heat lamps.

    We have been coming here for a while to have a quick dinner before going to see a show at Gammage. Unfortunately, this month there is new management, a new menu, etc. and nothing was working. The food was overpriced and awful. It took 90 minutes to be served a crappy sandwich and crappy burger. We never got our drinks despite asking multiple times. This was so disappointing because this was a great spot before. For now, I recommending giving this place a hard pass.
