   Awful service, rude waiting staff. The food that i had, the xmas fare, was nice. There were a lot of dishes missing from menu, totally understand it is difficult to plan in these uncertain times, perhaps publishing a much smaller menu could be condidered.

   Such a disappointing visit. Went here tonight with friends for our christmas night out. After previously been advised we would be able to choose from the Christmas menu, we were told upon arrival only the Sunday lunch menu was available. I got the lamb roast and it was served to me with literally a spoonful of gravy whilst my friend sat beside me had with the exact same meal with a reasonable amount of gravy covering her food. I couldn't believe the waitress could carry both plates out and not question the absence of gravy on one plate in comparison to the other. I then recalled a previous experience here, and proceeded to tell my friends that when Id asked for more gravy I was told I would have to wait as they currently had no clean gravy boats! I never got the gravy I asked for and ate most of my dinner dry! Back to the present moment, I could not believe it when we asked for more gravy and were told we would have to wait as they had no gravy boats!! 2 years on and they still haven't dealt with their gravy boat shortage!! Unbelievable!! On top of this the food was luke warm. I left the table to question how long we might be waiting as I'd like to eat my food whilst it still had some heat left and was quickly brought some gravy! After eating we waited about 30 minutes before we were able to get someones attention to ask for a drink and for the table to be cleared. No wonder they've got no clean gravy boats! In 2.5 hours we only had 2 drinks each due to the severe lack of attentiveness from the staff. Very disappointed

   Family Sunday lunch, absolutely fabulous experience. Food delicious and service outstanding.

   Poor service, lack of items on the menu and felt like we were a burden in the restaurant. Over an hour from starter to main arriving. Will not be returning.

   Met 5 friends for evening meal catch up. What lovely staff who were very attentive. Meal was lovely - I was here 3 months ago and had to come back. What a lovely young lad who served us 'Matthew' he was polite, funny and couldn't do enough for us girls. Definately coming back xxx

   Large booking for a family event, food was amazing, service was fantastic, staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you! Will definitely be back!

   Nice atmosphere, early dining because we have a one year old so not too many people in at that time but got busier before we left. All the waitresses were lovely and really engaged with our little one who took a real shine to the lady in charge! Thank you for looking after us! Lovely food and good sized portions.

    First visit in a long time, visited for lunch with a friend. Enjoyed the food and the service was very good. We weren’t rushed at all and the staff were friendly and helpful.
