   We had a 545pm reservation to make sure that we could enter the Ramona Mainstage before 7pm but were not able to order until after 6pm...The kitchen was backed up,so we didn't make it to the venue until after non restaurant patrons chose their seats...Everyone was apologetic for the wait and we didn't cause a fuss but I think maybe they will need more help for the bigger upcoming shows...We always have good service from Armando but I believe that night was a bit unorganized...We will be back but hope for faster service and better seats in the venue

   Please review their website reviews. I provided our experience on their website. Tell the owner to have someone else manage his Restaurant. Our waitress was Wonderful!!

   Food was slow, cold, and awful. The only thing worse was the service. I took my wife for Valentine's dinner. The menu was fixed. No options. No substitutions. My prime rib was shoe leather. My wife's filet was the same. Her lobster tail was clearly freezer burned before they microwaved it. All odd that for over $200. Save yourself the drive out to Ramona. It isn't worth it.

   We were seated under an A/C vent and also in line with the door. It was cold even though I was wearing a sweater and leather jacket, There was an abundance of tables for two vacant, but when we asked if we could move we were told all the tables were reserved. The second problem was the menu. The menu posted on line was $60. This menu was $89 and the selections were different. Needless to say we were very disappointed since we were hoping for a nice Valentines dinner. We left.

   Very nice place, not too busy on a Sunday night. We just had salads and appetizers. Great Lobster Mac-n-cheese. We would return.

   It's definitely a nice place but not for every day dining.The steak was a bit pricey at $38 but my husband and I split it as it is a large cut so it worked out that way.The waiter was very friendly and helpful

   The food is pricey but very delicious. It's a beautiful, quiet speak-easy type of atmosphere. The prime rib may have been the best I've ever had...and I've had a lot! The only thing I didn't like was that the cocktails are a little on the skimpy side. We had two martinis and they were not at all generous with the pour. I like a BIG martini. I'll pay more, just make it good!

   The salmon and risotto was outstanding! I would have given this 5 stars but my boyfriend’s dinner had issues. He ordered a filet mignon, well done, and it came out with a lot of pink inside. They immediately took it to finish cooking and this time, it came out a little tough. For a $42 filet, he was not happy. Overall, this restaurant is a great find but very pricey for the area.
