   Rarely do I encounter a place so perfectly lovely all around. Could not think of one criticism, just perfection, and not one ounce of pretension.

   Donut holes and Benedict was terrific. Crab cake egg sandwich not quite to that level. Grounds are beautiful, we had good service, restaurant cool and quirky and cool music only a bit loud. Many folks won’t appreciate the house beat stuff like we do😊

   Best piece of fish I’d ever had (black cod). Tried lots on the menu. Elegant cocktails. Caviar on potato chips. Uni pasta. Very good.

   We are locals and the Madrona is our favorite restaurant in Healdsburg. We love to bring visiting friends or meet up with neighbors for dinner and drinks. The staff is wonderful and always go out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food is seasonal, locally sourced (often from the property's garden) and consistantly delicious. Wonderful atmosphere and not noisy.

   Had a fantastic dining experience. We reserved a table in the dining room but realized the small corner table in the bar was a better fit. Enjoyed the edamame appetizer with fresh baked bread, it was unbelievable. The lamb gnocchi was absolutely delicious, perfect portion, fresh and cooked to perfection. I will return to this hidden gem again soon!

   We love this hotel and restaurant. The cocktails are excellent, the food is great and has interesting and inventive things on the menu prepared with thought and seasonality in mind. They were also so kind to us once when passing through we needed a late meal after a hospital visit. And another time we’re very accommodating with our toddler and newborn. This is very much an elegant adult environment so it’s unusual for them to also be so friendly and family oriented.
