   We were seated and order took quickly however half an hour later the food came out (no cutlery or napkins which was a bit messy and hard to eat things like beans) I had to ask 2 members of staff where the drinks were one said there’s been technical issues but still didn’t sort the drinks and the other seemed confused even though she took our order. Finally got those and had a lovely time but then at 7:30 we told its last orders and we’d had 2 drinks! I had to suggest we could order another 2 each to accommodate this but I really don’t think the whole thing was worth the money to be classed as bottomless brunch. Other tables seemed to received drinks quickly and often had staff over asking. Not sure if it was just because there was 2 of us but we just were left in the corner asking when we wanted something. Also when booking we thought it was like the photos on social media so we were a bit gutted to find out it was just quirky seats and not the ball pit, horses etc.

   Food was cold. Seats were really uncomfortable to sit on. Had issue with their ticket system so we were always waiting longer for our drinks. Toilets were all the way up the stairs on a separate floor and the door was jammed. Girls were in using the men’s toilet so I had to wait outside until they came out.

   We had been sat for around an hour before any food arrived, some of the table were informed that due to the size of our party more food would be coming, this never arrived, then we asked for more food and again this never arrived. We had booked due to the selling point of “mad” seating. This was a limited seating the rest appeared normal chairs. I had to enquire about whether my booking had moved from pink lane as you expanded after we had booked, the dean street location toilets are located on the top floor up some rather steep steps, when asked about a ground floor disabled toilet we were told there wasn’t one. One of our party has limited mobility making the flights of stairs tricky. The websites and menus should also be updated if you are no longer selling the novelty shot glasses, and having the barmen ask to search the staffs bags was a little rude, given that they were asking to pay for the glasses as advised that they could. it was not our fault that supply and demand was unable to be managed. The length of time between ordering drinks and receiving was rather lengthy, on the whole we as a party did not find the experience value for money.

   Had a great time for a surprise bottomless brunch birthday party. Unfortunately when we were finishing off our final drinks in the bar area we rudely told we had to leave. A very bolshy young bartender with no appreciation of customer service, almost physically removed us! We werent in the bottomless brunch area, and the bar was empty. This was such a bad ending to whato what would have been a 5 star experience.

   First time coming to madhouse and it was amazing, I enjoyed every second of it and the servers were nice and friendly. The vibe was amazing and I would definitely recommend going.

   4 drinks in 1.5 hours. Not worth the money at all, wasn’t even busy either

   As someone that has coeliac disease and needs a gluten free diet. I can't recommend this place enough. Very reassuring with allergies, we were asked numerous times if anyone had any. Food was excellent along with the drinks and service. Bottomless brunch was 10/10

   We attended Bottomless Brunch for a 40th birthday celebration and had a wonderful time.

   The Mad House is one of the most unique bars I’ve ever been to. The layout and design of the bar is so cool. It’s quite chill vibes and the staff are so lovely and attentive. Drinks are amazing and so much choice! Would definitely go back.

    Booked this table during the week for a last minute night for Christmas with the girls, after hearing good things about the BB here. Recieved a phone call on the morning of the booking to tell me the venue had changed to an upgraded venue - couldn't have been further from the truth. We were plonked upstairs in a dusty smelly room, as soon as we sat down, told there was no shots tonight apart from baby Guinness. There was wet paint on a good chunk of the floor and the music was coming out of some sort of little boombox/radio. Everything had been rushed to get it open that weekend apparently. Big mistake. The toilets are on the very top floor and people were complaining that the service was terrible. I had to catch the waitress attention several times and took me a while, they all seemed to be having a good natter at the bar. Food came out and they'd put a festive spin on it with pigs in blankets, they needed not bother as they were RAW. Sent them back and they sent us new cremated ones to snap your teeth. At this point we were frustrated and our appetite had gone. In total we had 4-5 drinks in a plastic small fish bowl, which were pre made drinks in canisters on the bar topped up with aldi lemonade for the lovely price of £37 each. Never came out of a bottomless hungry and sober before and we have been to a few! Trying to pay was a even bigger nightmare and we asked this guy "jake" for a manager - told us he was one, we told him our issues he was disinterested and just nodded. Couldn't believe it. Upon leaving we spoke to a lovely manager called Jay who said they had loads of complaints that night and valued our feedback, said he would call me to offer some compensation and still no call or I would have given the benefit of the doubt. Totally ruined our Xmas night and would never go back. Can't see this lasting long with some staffs careless attitude. The amount of people who we came across in the toilets who were annoyed was terrible too.
