   Beautiful restaurant. We sat near a window overlooking the mountain. We did have a table of young adults who were sat near us that were loud. We ordered the wild boar risotto as an entree but they didn’t have it, so that was disappointing. The drinks were good, a little slow coming out of the bar.

   The ambience was fabulous! Warm and beautiful! The cesear salad was unique and wonderful. My husband loved the Buffalo meatballs. We enjoyed the pasta for our entree. Not cheap but very good!

   menu seemed rather limited. Did appreciate the back lit menu and bill folder. Food and service were very good.

   We had a good exspiernece the only down fall was the limited menu. Had about 6 entree choices. Would of liked a few more choices. All food that we ordered was excellant. Drinks were good. I hope they add to the menu as they have only been open a short time.

   Obviously working out kinks. Will try them again in a few months. But one suggestion- entrees are limited. Suggest bringing some classics from E3 over so we can have a filet or hamburger. Limited menu. No one at our table found an entree they wanted to order. So we all ate salads and sides. Love the atmosphere. Needs more time to dial it in.

   A really cool lounge like vibe. Very dim lighting feels intimate, but the music is club type dance music really liked the light up menus and Bill folder. Makes it so much easier to see in the dark. Overall, our food was very good and tasty. We had the tuna roll appetizer and I would rate it a five out of 10 the rice was cold which I don’t care for with sushi we also had the Seabass, which was very nicely prepared, but the flavor is very mild. I would prefer a little more intense flavor. Service was very prompt and friendly, and they even gave us a bonus appetizer. I would recommend for a date night in steamboat

   Setting is very nice and relatively quiet. The backlit menus are great. We ordered drinks and fondue as an appetizer. The drinks took forever. Our server, who was very good, explained that they were training a new bartender. Still, fondue arrived before the drinks. The fondue was a good size portion and OK. Have had much better. One of our party ordered the ahi sushi. It was indelible and basically just rice with no flavor. Another ordered the bass and he rated it as average. I had the bison meatballs. They were tasteless. The server took the sushi back to the kitchen, apologized and took the item off our bill. All in, very nice ambiance, mediocre food and a limited menu. As it has only been open for a short time, will probably give it another try later.

    Nice atmosphere and good acoustics for easy conversation. The green beans with miso are a nice appetizer. The Caesar Gratin salad is a must order. I loved the seared topping. Soup was mushroom. Lovely umami flavor. We ordered steak, pork chops and the fazzoletti pasta mains. The pasta was delicious, the pork chops were really good and the steaks were ok. The wasabi potatoes with the steaks are exceptional. Good wine list.
