The Log Cabin is an upscale restaurant specializing in fine farm-to-table cuisine, specialty cocktails and wines. The historic structure dates back more than 100 years and was once used as a Speakeasy before opening officially as a restaurant in 1933, after the Repeal of Prohibition. Since then, the Log Cabin has become a Lancaster County tradition, playing host to countless birthdays, anniversaries, business events and celebrations of all kinds.

Join us in the Piano Lounge 6:00pm to 9:30pm every Friday & Saturday night for live music from some of Lancaster County’s best musicians! Enjoy a drink, dessert or small-plate while listening to a mix of Blues, Jazz and American Classics. Walk-ins are welcome! And guests with dinner reservations should feel free to arrive early or stay late to enjoy the music. No cover charge. Seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The food and drink are accurately described . They’re well executed. Venue is old and reflects noise. Service is tops. Steak and oysters are expensive. The rest is reasonable.

Lamb was tough and not much of it. Vegetables and mashed potatoes were excellent. Desert was excellent.

Service was excellent from the hostesses right through the waitstaff. Our waiter was very attentive & patient with a big group including 3, (5 yr olds) & 1 (8 yr old).

Lovely special occasion restaurant. The service was excellent. The food was superb: house-made breads, roast lamb, salmon Oscar, lobster-shrimp bique, sticky toffee pudding and carrot cake, every bite was delicious.

Excellent meal, drinks, and atmosphere-very relaxing and not rushed. A throwback to a time of quality dining. Fun place to locate after meandering through an interesting Housing enclave.

This was our first time eating at the log cabin and what a treat! This was one of our favorite dining experiences ever. Our party of six was treated so well and were never made to feel like we were a bother. Every course of food we ate was absolutely fantastic and we were never rushed. Excellent ambiance and great service- Will definitely dine here again whenever I'm in the area. All around excellent.

Excellent as always! The food was delicious, the service was very good and the drinks were flowing freely. The log cabin never disappoints.
