   First many items not available as per Menu. It took forever to get main course. Not many items to choose. No parking available even Tuesday evening with advance booking. ITEMS NKT SERVED NOT AVAILABLE NOT TAKEN, inconvenience BUT THEY CHARGED WHICH I REALIZED AFTER COLING HOME FROM BELLEVILLE TO TORONTO. So what a rip off. I called today around 6:30 pm and lady so called manager refused to talk me and accused me instead of giving refund and hang up twice plus refused to give her name. Very very unprofessional as here no matter of $ but more how served, what you got and how how they treat over the phone as they have time to charge but no time to listen to customer and just accused of frustration. Need to learn the customer serve to keep business open.

   We went for the Tuesday fresh oyster special and they were excellent. In addition I had the smash burger and my husband had the beef tartare, both were delicious. My only complaint would be the french fries which were mostly small dark overcooked bits, although beautifully tender inside, and the chips that the tartare was served with. My preference would have been maybe a sliced baguette with the tartare. I would definitely recommend The Local for a casual and friendly dinner out.

   I had such a great experience at The Local Social House! From start to finish, everything was delicious and memorable. I started with the appetizers — the flatbread was perfectly crisp and flavorful, and the charcuterie board was beautifully presented with a great mix of textures and tastes. For my main, I ordered the pasta dish, and it did not disappoint. It was rich, comforting, and cooked to perfection — definitely something I’d come back for. And just when I thought the night couldn’t get better, dessert arrived. The deep-fried frozen yogurt was such a fun and unique treat — crispy on the outside, creamy and cool on the inside. A sweet ending to an amazing meal. Highly recommend The Local Social House if you’re looking for a spot that gets both flavor and atmosphere just right.

   This is a great higher end restaurant Belleville really needs all we have is crappy bar grub chains Keep your uniqueness and standards high The chicken dish has been great in the past but last night they deep fried the mashed potatoes NO NO don’t cater to the crap eating crowd you can get that anywhere we go out to eat good quality food that isn’t completely unhealthy Lastly I know cappuccino is tricky but keep working on it it was more like coffee that cappuccino last night not enough milk otherwise good service and menu choices

   The oysters were amazing and well presented. The rest of the food was good but not fantastic

   Great dinner as usual. It’s a bit noisy but that could have been the large group sitting near us. Food was delicious and beautiful prepared. Only thing that’s stops this restaurant from getting a 5 is the odd odour that is always present. A bit of a sewer smell. I did notice that the bathroom doors are propped open and maybe that’s where the problem is.

    The food was spectacular and the service so fun and just time spent making really good recommendations made the experience excellent.
