They wouldn't let us dine because we weren't staying at the hotel (even though no one told me that when I made the reservation). They were VERY rude to us. I was so disappointed because I was really looking forward to our tea reservation! We ended up going to the Intercontinental for tea instead. Great service and much better view anyway.
