   Lovely place in a superb location Very surprised we were the only ones in there!!! Good selection of food/drinks All freshly prepared Polite/friendly lady very attentive Would definitely return

   As usual the food was delicious and the service impeccable. It’s great to be back in Whitby and will be going again for Sunday Lunch and also during the week. Thanks to all the staff for your hospitality. Chris & Wendy.

   Recommend Sunday Lunch. The food was excellent and the service was very good despite having larger groups to attend to and being a busy weekend.

   Great place for Sunday lunch. You are advised to book. Traditional roast dinner with choice of 3 meats, plenty of vegetables and decent Yorkshire pudding. Served hot. Drinks are billed for at the time as they are served from the bar. Our 2nd time here for a Sunday lunch and none of us left hungry here.

   We arrived for breakfast with 4 dogs and the staff were there to greet us, the service and food was first class

   Food was excellent, staff was amazing & very friendly. When I'm in whitby again I will be definitely going there again.

    Had been looking forward to this Sunday lunch after hearing good reports, but we felt it was only average. The turkey & beef were wafer thin which was a disappointment. The large Yorkshire pudding over took the plate & definitely served to bulk out the meal. Veg selection was basic, the French beans were under cooked & hard.
