Her journey spans prestigious kitchens worldwide—from an early stage at Hong Kong’s Jinju to Michelin-starred Quince in San Francisco, where she spent two formative years. After stints at Copenhagen’s Alouette, NYC’s SAGA, and Naro, Annika now works under Chef Suzanne Cupps, where her thoughtful, technique-driven cooking reflects her Filipino-Chinese roots and an appreciation for research and innovation.

I absolutely loved the lineup! This was my second time attending, and I was so excited to come back. However, I did feel that the experience this time was quite different from before. I really loved the previous location at the Navy Yard — it felt more open and dynamic. There was more space to mingle, enjoy cocktails, and watch the chefs prepare hors d'oeuvres in the kitchen, all while taking in the beautiful city view. It made the whole evening feel more relaxed and engaging. At the new location, the atmosphere was definitely more intimate, but it also felt a bit rushed. We were asked to go straight to our seats upon arrival, and I missed the opportunity to move around, meet other guests, and peek into the kitchen. While I still had a great time and appreciated the incredible talent of the chefs, I felt that the overall value didn’t quite match what we spent for this dinner compared to the previous experience. That said, I truly admire this company and its chefs, and we will absolutely be back to support you again!

This is such a unique and wonderful NYC experience. The food was fabulous, and the space was gorgeous. Everyone was so nice and welcoming to us, and it's so fun to get to know an up-and-coming chef. I can't recommend it enough!

What an amazing evening! The food, ambience, views, service and decor were beyond incredible! It was an evening we will never forget. Thank you to Chef Hannah Musante, Food 52, the entire Lineup dinner team and founder, Elena Besser. We loved it!
