   My family and I came to The Lighthouse Restaurant for dinner after spending a day at the Crystal Cave Rum Point and the blowhole. It’s conveniently located (on our way back to Seven Mile Beach) and did not disappoint. They were expecting us, and Eduard greeted us warmly by name. We chose to sit inside because we had been in the sun all day, a table overlooking the ocean was perfect! The food was out of this world and the service top notch. Jay and the rest of the staff was on top of everything and the servers greeted us by name the whole time. Our water glass was never less than half empty. We were treated like VIPs. The food was the best we had during our vacation. The bruschetta was better than I had in Italy. The raviolis were served with a giant prawn, the lamb and prime rib were so tender they melt in your mouth. The linguini had creamy sauce with fresh seafood, even the bread basket and cheese platter were exceptional!! Our dessert was dreamy and the limoncello topped off the night. Dinner on the deck looked so romantic, I hope to come back and experience it. I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

   I had made a reservation on open table for my birthday Feb 3, 2019 on Open Table 2 months ago. My wife and I had to drive 45 minutes to get to the restaurant and found it "closed for a private party". I never got a call, text or message from this restaurant despite getting a reminder from OpenTable the day before about my reservation. Very lame!

   Service was great and friendly. They even gave us a compliment bruschetta dish. Small but really nice. I would definitely go again the next time I visit

   A welcome by the Captain and his lovely wife always starts the dining pleasure off just right. They will remember you every time you are able to visit. It may be a bit of a drive from Georgetown, but it is well worth it. Authentic Italian cuisine that is only second to Italia. You will be impressed the first time and every time you visit thereafter. Don't pass up this dining experience!

   The outdoor dining on the dock / pier is phenomenal. The wine options were extensive with some offered by the glass. For the food, I had the blackened tuna and my husband had a pizza. Both were delicious and prepared perfectly. We made reservations on OpenTable but the host didn’t appear to have our reservation. All worked out fine and we really enjoyed the Lighthouse experience!

   We went for Sunday brunch and were very impressed with the quality and diversity of the selections. Staff was very attentive and we would recommend The Lighthouse.
