   The service and management was awesome. We had a big group for the Eric Church concert and everyone was very accommodating.

   I looked online for places to eat. This one looked like a good place to eat and I seen that they took reservations online so I booked a time that was reasonable with the time we were going to get there. We walked in and the bottom level was full. There was the Michigan/Michigan St. game going. I told the server that I had made a reservation online for a certain time. And she said that that option should have been shut down that we shouldn't have been able to make the reservation. But she said we could go to their upper level. We waited at least 10 mins and not one single staff member came up to see if we needed anything. We walked out and went next door.

   DO NOT BOOK VIA OPEN TABLE! They will NOT honor it. We went they Friday night and I have booked a table via OT for 5:30p (before the Zac Brown Band concert) and when we showed up the person at the door stated “I’m suppose to tell all Open table customers that we (Last call) are not honoring any OT reservations. We tried to turn it off but for some reason it didn’t go through.” I saw table with “reserved” and asked if we could have that table and she said, “That is for an employee”. Umm ok. So we had no table and had to ask a group if we join them at their table. Then I read the rolling screen and it said ‘Friday HH, 1/2 off on all flatbreads’ yum. Ordered one and we ordered 2 margs, my husband asked if they could put a splash of on in it and she said “well they are premade so I will have to ask”. Ummm ok. She then took 15 minutes to bring our drinks. My husband saw she was chatting with the ‘reserved employee table (which was next table over) then she finally got our drinks and said “I’m so sorry it took so long, the bartender at this (pointing) service bar sooooo slow. He works his bar first then maybe he’ll get to ours”. Ummm ok. When the bill came, the flatbread was full price. That’s it! I asked for the manager and this young came by and said he was the GM. We went through all our complaints and he told us “WE DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH OPEN TABLE.” When we the server/hostess/beer tender, told us (are not honoring OT) he continued to state quite loudly they don’t have an account. So I showed him my reservation through OT, he was surprised. After all the conversation he said he’d take of our bill to which we said no that is not why we were speaking to him, but he insisted. Over all, I have NEVER had a restaurant deny our Open Table. Then say they don’t even have an account with Open Table. We had a great time at concert.

   This restaurant/bar does not honor reservations from open table. We made a legit reservation and when we arrived for our confirmed reservation were told by the staff that they would not honor our reservation because they do not use open table. Just saying...

   The Last Call did not honor our reservation. There were other people coming in behind us and were told the same. Managers attitude was “too bad.” There was a concert at Target Field and a lot of people. Don’t know why that would cancel out reservations. It cost them our business and everyone else that didn’t stick around. This dive should not be on Open Table. DO NOT GO HERE! It’s not really a legit restaurant. Just a poorly run bar.

   We showed up to the restaurant and they informed me that my reservation was not valid and that Open Table screwed up. The place was packed with people prior to the Jimmy Buffet/Eagles concert. We were not able to get a table to order dinner as planned. Disappointed about the whole process.

   Made reservations on Open Table only to show up and find out that the restaurant was not taking reservations. Furthermore the restaurant staff said they do not have a relationship with Open Door. That came as quite a surprise to me and to another unhappy group who had also made reservations at The Last Call through Open Table. I even had gotten a request from Open Table to confirm my upcoming reservations. How does this happen??? The restaurant comped us a drink but it was impossible to get a table to eat, there or any restaurant nearby, because of concerts, plays, etc. The staff was apologetic and polite but took an “oh well, nothing we can do” approach.

   Here's the real bummer. The Last Call wasn't supposed to be taking reservations that night. All of the tables were full upon arrival and we were told there wasn't a table for us. I'm not sure why no one at The Last Call didn't make an effort to call people who had reservations and tell them they wouldn't be honored. Needless to say, we won't ever go back.

    Not sure why this place has Open Table...it was seat-yourself on a Friday evening when they had a free appetizer buffet (which I didn't realize until we got there). The server didn't even tell us about it, we saw it for ourselves. Our server was not knowledgeable about which liquors were available on happy hour and she had to go back and check like 3 times. At 6:00 pm on a Friday the music was SO loud...I couldn't even hear the person sitting next to me. Then, they turned an NHL game on with volume at the same decibel. We opted to give the free appetizer buffet a try. It was fair. Veggies and dip, questionable cheese cubes and crackers, fruit, meatballs and boneless wings that were clearly frozen before prepared. Everything was at least edible. Until about 9 pm when I regretted that decision. I will not return to Last Call for any reason. It's pretty clear why an establishment can't stay in that location for very long. They all attempt the same, miserable stuff and fail each time.
