   My sister and I came to try something new in the area and we were not disappointed. We were seated in the bar , at my sisters request. Football draft was on and she needed to watch. We had a great booth that was very comfortable and clean. Service was wonderful. Josh was the best, fun, engaging and knowledgeable about the menu. We started with 2 appetizers the grouper bites were phenomenal. Order those for sure! The crab corn fritters were the only meh thing about the experience. They had no flavor whatsoever and weren’t cooked very well. Too brown outside, raw inside. My sister ordered the Mahi Mahi and I ordered the Lake Perch. Both were cooked to perfection. Perch was lightly fried with a cornmeal batter and served with a corn relish I would have liked to have had an entire bowl of it. Tasty stuff. Their mustard tartar sauce is heavenly. My sisters Mahi Mahi was I believe baked and served with the garlic solids on top that she loved. We were going to share but we never stopped eating to bother trading bites. The mashed red potatoes were creamy and delicious and the absolute perfection on the plate was a medley of summer squash, zucchini, and baby peppers with broccoli that had been lightly seasoned and seared on a flat top griddle for exactly the perfect amount of time. Not too much to have lost their bite and full of flavor. Too brown outside say this meal and our visit was a hit doesn’t do it justice. We will be back. And bringing more family with us. Oh and it’s right on The Lake and it’s beautiful.

   The service here is always top notch. We especially love trivia night on Thursdays. You can’t miss ordering the fish and chips.
