Food was lovely But quite expensive once you have added on the sides. I had a burger which was delicious . The wine bottle we ordered wasn’t very cold and it took us a while with the waitress (who was very helpful)then the bar manager for him to agree to bring a chilled one which was perfect. So a nice meal but not sure if I will return often.

The numerous telly's playing different sports is a nice touch. The food is nice, but pricey though. Milkshakes look amazing would recommend trying if you go. The service from our server was outstanding and very friendly. Would definitely go again.

Big buzz about this place. Gave it a try for my birthday. Not bad. I have a sesame allergy which really reduced my options. My fault, not the venues. My family of 4 had four main courses, 3 sides and 5 milkshakes and was presented with a £215 bill. With a bill like this and situated next to a Nandos that my family and i use alot, im afraid to say we all decided Nandos would be better and normally half the bill of Korean Cowgirl. Wrong dishes presented at times and the whole place is a little unorganised at present Possibly due to just opening?

Table booked for 7:30 arrived around 7:10 and was seated right away. A little overcrowded as we had a central table in the middle of the restaurant. Elbows had to be tucked in or they’d forever be knocked by passers by. Seated now and Introduced to our waiter for the evening (Luke) super friendly guy. Offered some table water which didn’t arrive for 20 minutes once someone eventually came to take our order. Ordered 1 starter, 2x wings, 1 burger and a couple sides. 7:50 and one of our sides comes to the table on its own. Left it about 5 minutes to see if anything else was making its way but it hadn’t so, had to eat it so it didn’t go cold. Roll on 40 minutes to just after 8:30 and the starter comes over along followed by the burger which was… the wrong burger. 5/10 minutes on and Finished the side and 1 burger and starter then our wings make their way over with the other side we ordered and the now correct burger. Having waited for over an hour for our food we were a little disappointed however, the food all tasted great once arrived and service was still very friendly and Luke did help where he could and I know they’re a freshly opened branch so I will give them credit as all other restaurants I’ve been to have been good. I think they’ll just need some settling time to get into the swing of things. Overall - Food - Very good. Service - was good in general and great from Luke specifically. Seating - slightly tight/crowded. Noise level - fair, could still hear table conversation comfortably. Price - slightly on the higher end for how long we waited for the meals and in the orders it came. Vibe - like any other Korean Cowgirl 👍🏻 Would return just maybe in a month or two once they’ve hopefully found their rhythm and perhaps not at prime dinner time.

Had a booking in place. Unfortunately the entire WiFi payment and order system went down. They were unable to take orders or cash payments. Ridiculous system in place.

we got there at 5.30 sat straight away and took 25 minutes for someone to come and take our order even for drinks. we asked for crayons for our child and the server just never turned up with them. we then waited a further 20 minutes for a milkshake. the food came another 45 minutes after that!! food was hot but the taste was no where near as good as the one in the cave by a mile!!! the chicken was borderline raw my partner didn’t eat it as was pink and the loaded tatertots just tasted like pure burnt oil i couldn’t eat them either… the lady helping us was nice enough and i understand it’s newly opened but i made eye contact with 5 different servers and nobody came to take our order. i definitely will not be returning to this location again and will make the extra 30 minute journey to the cave one as the staff are much more attentive and the food is amazing… wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here your money isn’t worth spending in this location 100% go to the cave. never waited more than 5 minutes to be served a drink at least anywhere in my life!!!

Food took ages to come but once it did it was good although £35 for the single platter did seem expensive. We felt £25 - £30 would have been more reasonable.

don't get me wrong was good but everything would have run alot smoother had we only had our section staff as there was alot of confusion between everyone and noone seemed to have a proper place. We arrived at 4.30pm we left around 6.30pm BUT BUT BUT !!!! It was worth the wait because the food was incredible the chefs definitely have worked hard for that standard of food , we had clean plates all round and we can't wait to visit again and try different menu items. A much needed addition to town and I hope you all succeed and stay long term. People reading this please be patient if it's busy it takes a village and ironing out little problems is normal when newly opened but it can't be done without honest reviews and feedback and patient but satisfied customers. Thank you to everyone for doing your very best at such a busy time , We think you are smashing it and the atmosphere in the restaurant is great 😃

Food was nice. It's a bit expensive and the service was poor. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks order to be taken and then another hour before our food was served and it was not really busy at all. No further contact from staff and no further drinks offered. We would be unlikely to visit again.
