   They daid they didn’t had my reservation for 4 people. Snd the food was pk but slow service.. smelled like cooking oil everywhere and they were missing few items from the menu. The churros not so fresh.

   Worst experience ever if I could give no star I would.. went there for my daughters 10th birthday waited a hour to be seated even tho I paid £175 for a Christmas afternoon tea when there was nothing Christmas about it .. then another 1.5 hours for a drink then another hour for food that came out cold & dry

   Absolute disaster, dirty everywhere, no one knew about our booking, terrible churros full of oil, chicken nuggets disgusting, the staff was young not experienced and had no idea how to deal with customers. Absolute overrated on social media ! Never again and will certainly not recommend it, I even told two couples to leave before they ordered and they were happy to !

   Not the best dine-in experience. The cafe was filthy, the floors were covered in dirt, leaves and food. The toilets were dirty with no toilet roll and lots of tissue on the floor. We ordered food (loaded fries, fries and fried chicken and drinks - candy floss hot chocolates and milkshakes). My hot chocolate was like warm at best & the glass was dirty on the outside. I returned it asking for a hotter one, assuming it would be made in a fresh glass. It arrived a better temperature but the glass was even dirtier. It was so sticky, I had to wrap it in a napkin to hold it! Our food arrived after a really long wait and so did the rest of the drinks bar one. The wait staff were reminded about the missing drink twice before we had to stand at the till again to ask for it. We ended up spending at least 40mins waiting for various parts of our order. Our food was tasty & the portions were big but the cleanliness really let the place down.
